Passive houses in Málaga (passive house)
We offer passive and modular custom construction to create your sustainable home.
What is a passive house?
Passive house´s energy efficiency is superior to a traditional construction, since it uses the resources of bioclimatic architecture. Passive houses have a very low energy consumption and offer a comfortable room temperature all year round
without the use of conventional heating (unlike traditional construction) .
Modular Passive Houses: we bring entire houses to your door!
Advantages of modular houses:
- TIME – More agile at delivery: 8-9 months lead time
- ECONOMIC – More affordable: from 145.000€ VAT included
- QUALITY – Easier to control finishes because they are made in the factory (the only European brick wall of industrialized construction).
Wood as constructive skeleton (resists cold and heat).
Thermal bridges
The elimination of thermal bridges (places of linear or point geometry of the external enclosure, where the energy flow is greater with respect to the “normal” surface of the enclosure) can recover up to 30% of the energy losses.
Doors and Windows
The doors and windows are, from a thermal point of view, the weak point of the construction in the sense that they are an important source of heat or cold losses. In all our passive houses we install high quality laminated wood windows, in those intended for the installation of to passive housing.
Thermal insulation
Thanks to a considerable thickness of thermal insulation, the passive houses passive houses suffer from very limited heat loss.. The still necessary heating needs are almost nil. In this case, human heat, household appliances and lighting act as “radiators”. Although this operating heat is generally negligible in buildings that are not well insulated (or not insulated at all), in a passive house it has a functional value.
Ventilation system with energy recovery and climate control
Due to the almost null losses that our passive houses have, we achieve a constant comfort temperature with a minimum expenditure.
At winter the new air recovers the calories from the stale air that we extract from the house, thanks to the presence of a heat exchanger, helping to maintain the temperature in the house.
At summer the new air that enters the house is cooled thanks to the stale air that we extract from the house, due to the presence of a heat exchanger, avoiding the overheating of the house.
